COVID-19: Stay Safe at Home Now, So You Can Travel with us Tomorrow!
COVID-19: Wito Africa Travel Update
Dear our amazing safari-goers from around the world,
Warm greetings! I hope this blog post finds you well and that you are keeping safe and healthy in this unprecedented moment in history.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wito Africa’s priority has been with guests’ health and safety, as well as that of our local partners, our community and our families. We continue to monitor the situation closely, day-by-day and follow government advice as it is issued. We believe that we will eventually overcome this crisis together, stronger with even better goals for ourselves, our communities and our planet.
With the juxtaposition of so much that is going on and not going on, because the world seems to have come to a standstill, it is challenging to sometimes find clarity on things. Therefore, we feel that it is important to take a moment to continue to remind ourselves that there will be a better tomorrow. It could be a few weeks or months but we know there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. So, we just wanted to let you know that we remain committed to sparking your curiosity and encouraging you to dream of adventures beyond your imagination while we continue to ensure that we bring your dream African safari vacation to life.
While we are playing our part and reviving ourselves through quarantine, working from home and practicing social distancing, we invite you to take a virtual tour of our safari experiences and WATCH our wildlife videos to inspire your wanderlust. Please feel free to read through our unbiased 5-star reviews and browse our Instagram feed @witoafricasafaris to escape with some photos from our recent adventures.
